Far West Realty has been my property manager in Prescott for the last six years. Dave Hamill and his crew have done a good job for me. They have kept the properties occupied and rent-producing. Perhaps more importantly they have helped me, an absentee landlord, stay on top of maintenance issues and keep my properties in excellent shape and attractive to tenants. Their financial reporting is both timely and accurate. In essence, they have made owning rental property in Prescott worry-free, an important consideration for someone not able to keep an eye on things on a daily basis.

My wife and I have used Dave’s services since we bought our property in 2011. As absentee owners, we were concerned about managing our rental property and Dave and his staff have done a wonderful job. We have never had our place vacant for more that a couple of weeks except for one time when with Dave’s help we decided to remodel, paint, and carpet. We have interviewed each of our tenants and they are all pleased with how available Dave is when they have problems and how responsive his in resolving any issues. If there is an issue, Dave analyzes the problem, comes up with some possible solutions and then contacts me for the final decision. He has a great list of contractors when issues do arise and manages the work for me.

We originally contracted with another Property Management house in Prescott, but they proved that they were incapable of doing even the most basic of jobs (like keeping the power turned on between renters). Found Dave Hamill at Far West to be professional and knowledgeable about property management, and he has served us well over the past 6 years or so.
