“I would like to take a couple moments to tell you what an awesome experience we had with your company … We looked at one of Alice Kurtz’ homes and fell in love with it but were unable to buy anything until [our] house in Dewey sold. Alice referred us to Dave Hamill and once our contract was up with the other company [we listed with] we hired Dave. When Dave first arrived at our house, we were shocked by the amount of information he had already researched and how familiar he already was with our house and the area! Dave brought through more people in the first two weeks than the other company did in the entire six months. Just after our house was on the market for a month, we had an offer which we accepted. At the time, the house that was offered by Alice was in escrow so Dave pulled up some other properties for us. On Saturday, Dave met us at one of the properties we wanted to look at but was unable to schedule an appointment on the other property as he was unable to get a hold of the realtor. We drove by the property, discovered a home phone number for the realtor and called Dave. Within 15 minutes Dave was showing us the house! We ended up making an offer on this house … Dave met us at the house that very night with no questions asked. As we were looking at the house we discovered it was a basic “money pit.” Dave was great! During this whole time, Dave was nothing but professional … In the end, Dave came through and not only sold our home in Dewey but was able to get enough people motivated so that we were able to move into our new home early! My husband, four children and I are now living in our “dream” house thanks to Mr. Hamill. I would also like to add that through the time we were in escrow, my husband and I had many, many questions.
